All gear is included on every trip.
Trips may be fished with or without FFS, depending on conditions and angler preference.
Musky Trips
Musky Casting Trip (Any time of year) 1-2 People $500.00
Our casting trips are for 1-2 people. Casting trips can be anything from throwing bucktails on shallow weeds, working deep points with large rubber baits, twitching downed trees along the shorelines, jigging open water bait schools. No matter what the casting bite may be we will keep you on the fish all day no matter what the conditions may be. It is recommended that you know how to use a baitcaster, although if you can't it's no problem just let us know ahead of time and a spinning setup can be made available for you. Why only 1-2 people for these trips? Two people are max on this trip because we have your safety in mind. We don't want any casting accidents with someone getting hooked on the boat.
Musky Trolling Trip (Any time of year) 1-2 People $500.00 3-4 People $600.00
The trolling trips can be done any time of the season and have from 1-4 people on the trip. These can be very family oriented types of trips, a trip for the beginner just getting into the sport, someone just looking to get on their first musky, someone looking for a relaxing day on the water, or if it's you're preferred method to catch fish. It can be fun for everyone! We will run two rods per person including the guide and up to a 6 rod total pending on the conditions. Trolling is a technique that will catch fish any time of the season, we would be running crankbaits from 3"-12" long in depths of 4' to 35' of water depending where the fish are set up.
Musky Fly Fishing Trip (March - May, September - December) 1-2 People $500.00
The Musky Fly Fishing Trips are more for the experienced angler. This is reservoir fishing for the musky not in the river so definitely a different experience and new technique to get on them. Coming from a conventional background of fishing you will see some different ways to get on the fish with the fly you normally wouldn't see that we will show you. This trip is for two people max to give you the casting room you need. You can either bring your own setups to use with a recommended size of a 9-11wt. Or we can provide you with a custom made by: The Golden Fly Shop on a 11wt. GLoomis IMX Musky Pro blank. Bring your own bugs to use or we can provide them or suggest them. **Trip may pend on the wind forecast.**

Crappie Fishing Trip (Month of May Leesville Only) 1-2 People $500.00 or 3-4 $600.00
Our Crappie trips are fun for the whole family! Whether you just want to take home a bunch of fillets for dinner or catch a mess of slabs for the enjoyment. From bobber fishing with minnows to casting jigs with an ultralight we will have you on crappie all day. You can expect to catch on average 80-200 fish a day on these trips full of non-stop action. Don't want to fillet the fish when you get home? No problem, we can fillet them for you on the water while you're fishing (for an additional $40.00). Please bring a cooler with ice if you plan on taking some home. Want to learn how to jig fish for them? We can show you different techniques to up you crappie fishing game!
Saugeye Fishing Trip (Ask for availability) 1-2 People $500.00
My Trophy Saugeye Fishing Trips are designed for anglers targeting quality over quantity. Much like muskie fishing, these trips are about patience, precision, and the opportunity to land a true standout fish—not filling a limit.
On trophy-focused trips, it’s common to catch one or two saugeye in a day, but those fish often represent the largest saugeye an angler has caught to date. These trips are intentionally structured to maximize your chances at a personal best, not high numbers. Trophy Saugeye Trips are limited to Leesville Lake and are offered during peak windows in March–April and September–November, when conditions align for targeting larger-class fish.
For anglers looking for action, numbers-focused saugeye trips are also available at Salt Fork Lake, primarily in December, where the goal shifts to consistent bites and multiple fish opportunities.
All bait and gear are provided, and each trip is tailored to seasonal conditions, water temperature, and fish behavior. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just looking for a productive day on the water, saugeye trips offer a fun, focused, and rewarding experience.
