**If a circumstance comes up where you are unable to make the date scheduled, cancellations are required to be done before 7 days of your scheduled date. If a cancellation is done within 7 days of your scheduled date, 50% of the balance will be owed for the trip total. If a cancellation is done within 2 days of your scheduled date, 100% of the balance will be owed.
